![]() ![]() So my question is, is there a way to remove a Device Configuration Profile (WiFi, Email etc) from a device on the fly (when the customer calls and the service desk progress through troubleshooting), or must you 'Wipe' the device and reconfigure from scratch? ![]() I know i could have multiple security groups for each profile, but the management overhead of those groups would be a nightmare (especially when you get Janet from payroll calling because her device had the WiFi config removed, but it still hasn't been pushedīack to the device because Service Desk didn't add her back to the group). ![]() And if you have all assigned profiles pointing to one AAD security group ( All-Users ) then its not something i want to be doing. I've reconfigured our Intune environment and noticed that there is no way to remove a Device Configuration Profile from a device (any platform eg: iOS, macOS, Windows) without having to remove/re-add the targeted user/device from the assigned AAD security We have O365 E3 + EMS licensing already purchased and there is a push to roll device management in to Intune to save money as we are essentially paying for 2 UEM's that can "do the same thing". 1.5 years ago we migrated from Intune to Airwatch due to support, The business i work for currently utilises WorkspaceONE UEM (Airwatch) to mange our 5000+ iOS fleet, <50 macOS devices, <100 Android devices (BYOD) and <200 Windows Kiosk devices. ![]()
